Great location, literally next to the S-Bahn station. We had a lovely view over the canal. The hotel staff was very friendly and always available. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower is phenomenal.

I think price-performance ratio is really good. We booked the rooms last minute. The rooms were really clean and beds are comfortable. The bar and the lobby was nice and cosy. The staff was so friendly. And location in terms of public transportation is really good. Bus, metro, there are many options and it is really easy to go anywhere.

Real quality hotel, the breakfast was great, especially the pancake machine. Very wide variety of foods for every taste. Room was big enough and very clean, stylish. We had a window to the backyard, it was very quiet and nice.

The facilities were nice, although the rooms are really small, cannot imagine spending multiple days there, we only stayed for one night. Everything is fresh, clean, and enviromentally oriented which was amazing, the location is also good, close to everything Hamburg has to offer.
