The service was amazing, the staff was really nice, and not to mention the rooms were of top-notch quality, comfort, and cleanliness! I'd say this hotel well deserves the 5 stars it has, and if it were possible, even a 6th! Will definitely stay here again, and i can absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Hamburg :)

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has new facilities. The apartment has two very spacious bedrooms with closets and one also has a balcony, two spacious and comfortable bathrooms/showers/toilets, a large living room and kitchen and a balcony in the living room. The apartment is furnished and decorated very nicely and creates an atmosphere of calm. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat at home and more. Excellent location in the center of Hamburg, close to the train and bus and very close to the outer lake. We were a family of 6 and it was great. Truly a home away from home, Better than advertised!
