We received upgrade to a more spacious room overlooking Alster which was very nice! Beautiful design & style of hotel and room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and hotel personal extremely friendly and flexible when we needed a bit later check-out and earlier check-in. Pleasure to stay there!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities were great, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the spa and the room had everything we needed. It is easy to get into the City Centre, the train is a 10 minute walk but it is also possible to walk into the city by the lake which was amazing (Approx 45 minutes).

The breakfast was perfect. Plenty of food to try in a beautiful, airy room. The cervical pillow was the best pillow I’ve encountered in a hotel for a very long time. I’m now searching for it online.

The location is very close to the Jungfernstieg which is a lovely walking and shopping area. The room is exceptional. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, and the little extras like a shoe polishing cloth. We have to leave early in the morning, before 7am, and we were able to make cappuccinos in the bar area near reception which was a welcome start to the day. The valet parking process was smooth, helpful and immediate. We couldn't have been happier.
