Clean room and bathroom
Free private parking (plenty) available off the street
40€/night was a good price but I've seen they have increased by more than 50% in less than a month
The location is good if you don't want to visit Munchen, otherwise it's far and you have to take bus + subway.
Very close to the highway (Munchen ring)

Host appears to have a quirky personality making getting the key a mini mystery tour. Fortunately the lock box was unlocked as we never found the red candle behind the box near the frog statue … which was were we should have found the code for the lockbox. Finding the key grew bothersome quite quickly after travelling all day.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and the staff are very friendly and willing to help.
There is a restaurant on-site, and nearby there are restaurants and a beer garden, so there’s no need to worry about dining options.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This is the most authentic and friendly hotel I've stayed at. The team makes you feel at home; they go above and beyond to make your stay in Munich as good as possible, and as a bonus, the neighborhood is filled with beautiful restaurants, cocktail bars, etc.
