Our hosts were so friendly and it was very clean. Our hosts added personal touches like little snacks and waters for us and made sure to personally greet us. It was centrally located, very easy access to public transportation and still very quiet.

The breakfast was excellent, with several vegetarian options as well as local specialties. The neighborhood was very quiet, with good restaurants nearby and a Rewe supermarket. The train station two blocks away from the hotel made it easy to go to the city center.

There was help at the front desk whenever we needed it. We arrived some times at 10:30 pm and they were there. I woke up at 7 am, and they were already there. Nice staff and great customer service. Breakfast is complimentary for kids, and the buffet offers a wide variety of food, making it a great value. These days, some places call themselves hotels but fail to offer the services that a traditional hotel typically provides. This one did it all!

It is a very comfortable apartment, spacious enough to have a place to relax. It’s not a hotel, so don’t expect the regular facilities hotels offer but it’s a conviniente automated check in (you get all the information on the day of your arrival explaining how to get in). It’s very modern and clean. Even though the location isn’t exactly the best, I’d still recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Munich. Also, once connected wifi was great (it picked up the signal easily once I was close to the building).

The room was larger and nicer than I expected. The bathroom was clean. It was comfortable. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. (Salt, pepper, oil...etc.) It was comfortable in terms of transportation, being 6-7 minutes walking distance to the metro.

The location was not so far from Munich central station also there is a U Bahn station very near to the apartment. I felt the room and bathroom very clean and tidy.
