The service was really good. We enjoyed everything. The dive school was very good. The boys finished there padi. We went to the sasha bar almost every night to relaxe and the service there was really good aswell. Rooms very clean all the people where very nice. If we needes something they made it happen. Also I got a refund because we left in the evening to luxor to stay there a vieuw days before we go home. Really nothing negative to say

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

Everything was quite pleasant, the hotel is huge and there is a staff that takes care of you at almost every point. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The hotel I went to for the second time has a really special place for us. I would like to thank the kind and helpful staff at the reception in particular what you need. The beach and sea are incredibly beautiful.

I recently stayed at *Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh* in Hurghada and had a fantastic experience.
