First and foremost the staff is genuinely friendly from the moment you arrive till you leave. The hotel is super clean, a wide variety of activities, with the premium all-inclusive package, you get a lot of complimentary vouchers for massage, haircut, etc. Food is outstanding, you can expect gourmet-level buffets. There are a lot of different restaurants/different cuisines, apart of the main restaurants. Drinks are also great, hard and soft.

We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

The service, the food and the vibes are exceptional. We arrived 2 hours before check-in and they let us in right away. The room was super clean and very good products(shampoo , conditioner, etc). Also the pool view was very good. They make their best to serve you and give you best food options and drinks. Also none of them asked for any tips to help you better or anything like that. Shout out for Mr.Mohamed Salah from the reception and all the staff, they are very professional and patient. Also the beach experience was very unique and we met good people there
