Best place to stay in garden city Cairo You will get annoyed from exterior view if you are visiting Cairo first time; even we asked the driver who drop us from airport to stop while until we will check the room and confirm if all are in right place. The lift and entrance of the building is not that much suitable as a hotel But The room; reception; corridors; lobby; balcony; wash rooms; mattress; pillows; beddings; towel and all other related is up to the standard of three star hotel Felt very comfortable and relax while we stay there Me and wife and kids stayed at this hotel for seven days and experienced like we were in home We were in superior delux and later we upgraded to the suite rooms We book only for one days and we stayed one week until we come back to the airport because we don’t want move to anywhere else. House keeping team they take care of us same like Vvip guest Reception team; Nabil and other two one who wear eye glass and the other one; I forget their name; they provide super hospitality Break fast was super simple and felt homely and healthy. Really me and my family love the place and this is first time ever I put such long messages Really appreciate the team and we miss you very badly Lastly; the hotel located in garden city sounded by full of green; full of tress and best air quality which you don’t get anywhere in the middle of the Cairo

New, large … well decorated rooms .. nice original art throughout the hotel … nice pool! Restaurants well decorated … non-Egyptian food … good but not great! Always eat Egyptian food in Egypt … it’s always better!

This review pertains to Moon homes Downtown Cairo. We ended up switching from the Garden City apartment as there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Nagwa, the manager, made the switch very easy. She was delightful to work with and we enjoyed the new apartment very much. This happened during Eid when finding another place was nearly impossible. Nagwa moved us to another place that was even better than the Garden apartment. We really appreciate her help and how comfortable she made us in the new place.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very polite and friendly. Very quick check in and check out. The check out is at 2pm and I thought it’s at 11am. The lady at reception said that you can stay until 2pm and you don’t have to pay extra. I was ready to leave but I could stay more. The food at the restaurant with desserts are so delicious. Special thanks to Mr Wael who is a great Manager at restaurant to help you to chose your food and giving you the best hospitality . The live music at night around the swimming pool is lovely. The location is a perfect place specially if you want to see the nightlife of Cairo.
