The suite itself is very lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a nice location. They really need to improve in communication, logistics and payment, as I had frustrating issues with that. They told me 4 days prior that I could check in at 1:00 rather than 3:00, but when I arrived at 1 the unit had not been cleaned yet. I went to a cafe next door to wait, then they said it was ready at 3:00 so I returned only to find 3 cleaners still working in the suite. Finally at 3:30 they were finished, and then one of the staff asked for my cash payment. It was not clear in the listing that I needed to pay with cash. They ended up giving me a discount for the 2.5 hour late check in and I managed to get the cash for payment, but they need to make cash payment clear on their listing, and not promise early check in, then waste guest’s time not being ready. I wasted a lot of time during my stay chatting with them to iron out all these things. If they can improve these logistical details, the property will be great!

The apartment exceeded my expectations, it's a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a well equipped Kitchen, 2 decent bathrooms, and a big space with a living room and a dining room. All rooms are air conditioned, and there are small surprises like a Heater which was useful during these days, and a functioning easy to operate waching machine. The apartment is at the 6th floor, but there is an Elevator. The area is nice and safez with many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and various shops nearby. The host is the best we have met so far, very friendly and he personally assisted us with various issues including support with private driver. He ensured that the apartment was cleaned regularly upon our request, and that everything is available including towels, tissues and TPs, air fresheners, etc. It's highly recommend and we will definitely come again the next time we visit Maadi.
