All the staff from front desk to room staff all professional and always happy to please guests. The pool bar and Piri Piri staff great service, as are the pool staff who are attentive and eager to please. The Spa Staff so helpful. I see no minus with this resort.

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism.
