Everything was exceptional, the facility is amazing and really luxurious, food availability and quality are impressive. The best of all is the staff, genuinely helpful and paying attention small details. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal at the reception who took care of us since the early check in till last minute at checkout, as well as Mr. Abdel Moniem at the restaurant who was always alert and attentive to even small details to make sure all the guests are happy and enjoying their meals. I had an amazing stay at this resort. The room was very spacious and comfortable, The food was plentiful with a wide variety of options, and it was tasty on most days. The entertainment team truly made the experience unforgettable—especially the fire show, white party, aqua gym and the DJ They brought so much energy and fun to my days and nights! A special shoutout to Mohamed Mohsen for his professionalism and constant support throughout my stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’d definitely come back again—highly recommended!

I spent 8 days in this hotel, the experience was incredible, I would especially thank the fitness coach Ramon who guided me trough his advices to shape my fitness goals, the buffet was great, the rooms were clean and I had a nice view on the sea, I would also thank Andrew and Mahmood in reception for hospitality and welcoming

the staff was beyond accommodating! the Duty Manager Mr. Nasr went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I came to unwind after surgery, while working remotely. I needed the quiet and relaxing space. The staff moved me around until Mr. Nasr personally took me to the best location on site that not only had a great view but was quiet enough for me to work my shift remotely as I requested. Even when the WiFi was weak, the IT staff came to my room and set me up with an Ethernet cable to ensure internet stability so I can work. I couldn’t ask for more superior service!! thank you to the entire staff for taking care of me all week!
