Maria and the rest of the team from Castillo hotel are the most kind people I have ever met during my travel. They waited for us for later check in, explained us everything that is worth to see in Benidorm, she remembered out names :) Breakfast was amazing, location is great! They even gave us towels, sun umbrella and chairs for the beach. A bottle of water waited for us in the room, although we could use for 24 hours free water, coffee, tea, muffins etc. They stored our luggage after check out, which meant a lot to us. There was a fridge in the room and we could use microwave from the kitchen as well. Really a stay to remember and to repeat! Thank you Maria from Ana and Ljubica :)

The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean, good location between the old town and new town with fantastic view from large balcony and 8 minutes walk to the beach. One local supermarket is close to the property.

We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.
