It was a really big,very clean and nice apartment,seems like new one!We spent one week and next time we would like to rent this place once again!It is very close to the beach,lokal market,bars and restaurants,shops and bus stops.Walking distance to bus and train station or city center of Malaga is very nice with many interesting places on the way.The host Lady was very helpful and friendly!It is very good place to stay for longer!

We were warmly welcomed late in the evening by our host. I do not speak Spanish, so we communicated with Google Translate and understood each other perfectly.
The area is residential, the apartment is very close to La Princesa metro station with a small school next door. Honestly, it is an amazing location just right between the center and the airport, so highly recommended for trips where you want to see the calm side of Malaga (big plus the beautiful beach is very close) and stay close to your transfers. The apartment was squeaky clean, we found all the needed amenities. There might be a bit of noise from the outside in the morning since the apartment is located on the ground floor right on the street, but we were not bothered and I believe it is nothing that a pair of earplugs would not solve :)

The balcony/patio area is fantastic. Staff were great, and there is free street parking within 5 blocks of the property, which the owner gives you details on to help you find safe parking.

Everything was perfect. Beds comfortable, clean, has all what we needed (even the iron). Very good ice cream and restaurant just a few steps away. Metro station very close. Ana host was really nice and helpful. Would always recommend.

A very clean and well equipped studio flat. Walking distance to the beach, close to public transport and some ok budget restaurants. If you want to live away from the tourist places and experience the real Malaga - still close to the beach - this is the right place. Very comfy beds, very clean. Might be good also for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect: host Francisco met us behind the door and assisted in all questions we had.
He was super friendly and helpful.
Place itself is clean, comfy, and even looks better than on photos.
Location is also good, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to metro and groceries.
In overall we enjoyed staying here, and in case we return to Malaga we definitely would consider this play to stay again
