Small hotel (9 rooms), aesthetically arranged, very indivual service, familiar atmosphere, very helpfull and carring team (tips regarding restaurants, bike rental and parking, etc.) always in a good mood and available, very obliging. Wonderfull rooms, modern but homelike, comfortable, very quiet (with closed windows, because the area is very lively in the eveing / night), air conditioning, "home made" drink water. Amazing and incredible fresh and delicious breakfast, all the served food is local, day fresh and prepared instantlly right after your order. Very nice area, with lots of restaurants and tapas bars, terraces on the street / crossings, small shops (groceries, fashion, etc.), less motorizied traffic, next to the historical city centre (raillway station, city hall).

This studio apartment is perfectly designed. Every inch has a purpose so there's no wasted space, and our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys) had plenty of room. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave, the furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we even got a welcome basket with fresh water, chips and coffee pods! On our first night, we realized the shower was clogged, and water soaked our bathroom. The next day, after we returned from a day out, the shower was fixed and we had fresh towels! I only interacted with the apartment managers through chat, but they were super responsive. We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend!

What a great stay! I loved everything about it. Staff were friendly and always said hello as we came in and out of the hotel. The loft with small kitchen was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large with a good shower. We liked the location too, with easy walking access to the restaurants and bars in Russafa (5-10 min) as well as the main sights in the old town (20-25 min). The tram to the beach was very close as well. Would happily stay here again.
