The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the cleaning lady and the gentleman at the office who assisted us with our bags on the day we checked out.

Everything was excellent. Well situated near a lovely main boulevard, not far from the amazing Central Market.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location, close to everything. Amazingly quiet at night considering its central location. Host responded immediately to all texts. Would highly recommend. Only note for travelers would be bedrooms both have double/full size beds which can seem smaller if used to sleeping in a queen size.

Clean and neat apartment. Everything was provided, including linens, towels, shower gel and kitchen equipment. The host greeted us to hand over the keys. She was very friendly. She also left as a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate as a welcome gift. The apartment is close to all major historical attractions - just 5 minutes walking from the North Railway Station and Metro Station Xativa, with direct connection to the airport.

Wow! We were looking for somewhere central to stay and use as our base in Valencia for this visit. In the old historic area. The problem was we wanted to have a car for travelling outside the city and parking in Valencia is very difficult. We found this amazing new studio apartment WITH SECURE PARKING... what a find !. 20 metres from the apartment there is a parking garage provided, at no extra cost, right in the city centre. The Studio is ground floor and HIUGE. 2 big LED TV's. Full kitchen, including washing machine and a purified water dispenser. An enormous double bed and a sofa bed in a separate living area. We found a fridge with FREE CAVA and a selection of wonderful food treats. We were sure they would be extra BUT THEY WERE INCLUDED in the price. Result ! There is a supermarket around the corner and the amazing Valencia Market is a short walk away along with all the restaurants and bars and shops. The beautiful (and free) botanic gardens are just at the top of the street. If you don't have a car then all the public transport is nearby. I am sure this must be the only holiday apartment ( which is as big as our apartment at home) with secure free parking. The accommodation standard is like a 5 star hotel and for the price it is incredible value. This place must be new to the website because we never saw it when we booked before. This is our new place to stay in Valencia and we have booked to come back in the summer again already..... This is the best. BTW. The host knows all the best places to eat and drink so make sure you get recommendations from them. This place is even better than the pictures. I wish I took a picture of the bread and traditional Spanish breakfast items they gave us ...... but we were hungry and ate them when we got there :-)

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious & quiet. Would stay for a longer period next time.
