The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, including a basket of breakfast essentials (coffee pods, tea, sugar, biscuits, etc.). While the check-in/check-out times are pretty stiff, there's a an option of leaving your luggage in the building (really big locker rooms) after you check-out (I imagine that before the check-in also, I was just not aware of it which is a pity as it would have saved us from walking around with backpacks all day the day we arrived to Valencia). The rooms were also very quiet (minus noise from the corridor on one occasion when other guests were trying to get to their room - the door of the apartment is surprisingly not sound proof), including cancelling the noise from a nearby bar and fairly busy street (really good windows!).

Everything was excellent. Well situated near a lovely main boulevard, not far from the amazing Central Market.

Amazing location and stunning view! The room had everything we needed — even an iron, which was a nice bonus. Clean. The instructions were clear and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. A very comfortable and convenient stay!

We were provided with welcome staff even though we arrived at 2.30am.

The apartment was in a very convenient location and was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive. We forgot our beach towels when we checked out and she pro-actively contacted us later and delivered the towels at our new location. Everything was very nice and we look forward coming back here.

Wow! We were looking for somewhere central to stay and use as our base in Valencia for this visit. In the old historic area. The problem was we wanted to have a car for travelling outside the city and parking in Valencia is very difficult. We found this amazing new studio apartment WITH SECURE PARKING... what a find !. 20 metres from the apartment there is a parking garage provided, at no extra cost, right in the city centre. The Studio is ground floor and HIUGE. 2 big LED TV's. Full kitchen, including washing machine and a purified water dispenser. An enormous double bed and a sofa bed in a separate living area. We found a fridge with FREE CAVA and a selection of wonderful food treats. We were sure they would be extra BUT THEY WERE INCLUDED in the price. Result ! There is a supermarket around the corner and the amazing Valencia Market is a short walk away along with all the restaurants and bars and shops. The beautiful (and free) botanic gardens are just at the top of the street. If you don't have a car then all the public transport is nearby. I am sure this must be the only holiday apartment ( which is as big as our apartment at home) with secure free parking. The accommodation standard is like a 5 star hotel and for the price it is incredible value. This place must be new to the website because we never saw it when we booked before. This is our new place to stay in Valencia and we have booked to come back in the summer again already..... This is the best. BTW. The host knows all the best places to eat and drink so make sure you get recommendations from them. This place is even better than the pictures. I wish I took a picture of the bread and traditional Spanish breakfast items they gave us ...... but we were hungry and ate them when we got there :-)

So spacious for kids to run around. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for families or large group. Has all the amenities you need. Market walking distance across the street for essentials (salt, pepper, etc). The old town is about a mile away, walking distance.

Perfect! Close to everything, great breakfast and staff.
