Check in process was easy after a long flight. The lounge was fantastic and worth the extra money. The room was large and nicely furnished. Reception staff were delightful. The breakfast was awesome. Loved the attention to detail including the addition of a number of 'super foods'.

Room lighting adjustable to include bathroom. Heated bathroom floor, long lasting hot water and two shower head options. Lovely smelling dispensable soap & hair care products. Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Spotlessly clean, every surface was scrubbed! Quiet. Incredible breakfast! Different ambiance by seating sections. Wide assortment of high quality and well prepared options continually refreshed the entire duration of breakfast. Gluten free & vegan options as well. Friendly and tidy service. Sauna is excellent.

The place was exceptionally clean. I've used the gym and sauna downstairs and they've exceeded my expectations. There were many free parking places right outside the building which was very convenient travelling with small children.
