The staff was very kind and supportive, the family room awesome (the kids LOOOOOOVed the bunkbed), the room was spacious and really well decorated. Beds super comfortable. The foodcourt is also really fun but it is also very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops, so plenty of options.

Lovely newly renovated apartment, bigger than it looked from the photos. Had everything you could think of, including even a washing machine. We found the well equipped kitchen very helpful, and the high chair was perfect for our toddler. The cot looked new and unused, and we just used the mattress part for our son, which worked very well. Tv and Wi-Fi also great. Very quiet, especially in the bedroom.

It was a great pleasure for us to stay in this apartment. We liked it very much, it is beautifully made and very aesthetic. You can say that the owners put their whole heart into creating this apartment so that people could feel at home there. We had everything we needed. Really high standard. Clean, spacious, bright. Close to the center, all restaurants, pubs, 2 minutes walk to a large supermarket. We received all instructions before arrival, and there is a booklet in the apartment with all the necessary information. If we return to Lille again, we would definitely like to stay in this apartment. 10/10❤️

The location was very convenient and the place was quiet and really nice. Using the stairs to the top floor require a bit of care and could use a railing, though. Everything beyond that was great!
