Very nice, modern, clean, fully equipped apartment with beautiful terrace. Located close to city center with a tram station right in front of the accommodation. In the area of 50m there are two markets, a pharmacy and several restaurants. The host is very warm and pleasant, eager to give all the necessary information about the apartment and the city. Would definitely recommend and plan to go back again.

Casa Marguerite is definitely a pearl of Nice, such a special place which feels like home away from home. Everything was exceptionally clean, fully equipped kitchen, great location, quiet and really easy to get to, walk or tram. If ever I would plan my trip to Nice again I would love to stay here. The owners of the place were really friendly. The room was very clean and the location was good (near one of the main streets and the central train station)! The guesthouse was not lacking anyhing!

Great location, you can get to the beach and the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram. Quiet and peaceful area, nearby several bars where you can have breakfast or lunch. Close to the shops and the local market with vegetables and fruits. Very close to the train station, from where you can go to Cannes or Monaco. The apartment has everything you need, it's clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Great welcoming. Audrey (sp) was SO lovely! The facilities are clean and well maintained. It had everything you needed; WiFi, kitchenette, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, great bathroom, electric outlet (but you have to bring your own adapter), good beds and ventilation. Great location close to the tramway. You have to follow basic courtesy rules obviously.
