Location was amazing . . . .right on the beach, restaurants nearby, tram and busses within 5 min walk. Our host was amazing! Would highly recommend this as a home-base for visit to Cote d'Azur. From here, we easily traveled to Eze, Villefranche, Cap-Ferat and Menton.
Beach chairs are available to enjoy sunbathing on the beach, kitchen was very well equipped. Large dining/living room, bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view.

The interior was spotless and modern. Everything was really clean. We got a little welcome gift from the host, who was very welcoming in general. We all felt like in our own home. Also the view from the balcony was stunning.

The location is the best, offering easy access to everything while providing breathtaking views from the room. The room was spotless clean. Despite the position on the promenade the soundproofing was great. The mattress was very comfortable and the cosmetics from the bathroom good quality.
Overall,the hotel is the best option for its value - combining an unbeatable location, confort and a great view.
