The staff was amazing. They upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge, when we asked. Very accommodating, they took good care of us. Breakfast was also very substantial. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you can get a room with a balcony, that's a bonus

It is our favorite hotel in Paris! And it never disappoints us. The location, friendly and attentive staff as well as cozy super clean rooms keep us coming back time after time ! Special thanks to Emma for creating a special atmosphere for my daughter’s birthday! Room upgrade, cake ordering ( it was absolutely delicious) and always stay in touch even before our arrival! Everything about this place was amazing! GREAT location, so many cafes and restaurants around, metro super close, and just easy to walk around to every area if you wanna explore on foot.
The room was great, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I had an amazing stay.
Felt very Safe for solo travelers as well.

Really great value for what you pay. Rooms felt pretty large for Paris, and were certainly some of the cleanest rooms I've had the opportunity of staying in. The facilities are nothing exceptional, but very good for the price compared to alternatives. The beds are amazing though! Very kind service :) Great if you're looking to explore Paris and you want a clean, comfortable place to stay.
