The very nice welcome. We were even introduced to an Austrian neighbour. The lovely details with which the room was furnished. . Just about everything.

I had a big, clean and extremely comfortable room with a view to the sea, perfect! The bed was huge as was the tv, great shower too. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, same view, nicely cooked food with plenty on offer. Vicki is a friendly, helpful manager, nothing was too much trouble, she's lovely. I was helped with my bags by 2 affable guys, I couldn't recommend this charming stay highly enough.

Perfect Stay in Kemptown. Very nice 70s vibe and lovely decorated. Totally clean and safe. Owners were very helpful and it was really perfect.

The staff was really kind, warm, and hospitable. Breakfast was also really good. Definitely loved my stay there and would stay again if I ever travel to Brighton in the future.
