Staff excellent. Very helpful friendly service. Food was excellent. Gentle man on reception could not do enough for us. He was very helpful and friendly. Very good at his job.

A lovely clean and comfy room that was spacious and even had a window seat. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were easy to access. Diverse breakfast buffet and I appreciated the generous 12 o'clock check out despite not needing to use it this time.

We walked to Temple Meads station in under 10 minutes, and also found it straightforward to walk from here over to Castle Park, the Harbourside Walk, and up the cycleway to visit friends in Easton. There's a good cafe and a Sainsbury's Local within two blocks from the hotel, too.
