The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is very convenient, close to the metro and with easy access to the city center. Situated in a lovely part of London, well connected with central London. The room was great, clean and well equipped. Really comfortable matress, hot drinks available in room. Breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. We also got free vouchers for drinks at the bar in a stunning beer garden, which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely stay there again

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river.
