I selected the hotel because I was leaving Heathrow mid morning the next day. I had messed up with the booking but hotel staff were lovely helping me accessing the booking. The hotel does everything you expect from an airport hotel. A quiet clean hotel with easy access to the airport.

I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels this hotel is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice, clean and quite. Very clean and spacious bathroom. I stayed 2 nights and were very relaxing stay. Location is excellent walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transport. For sure I would stay in this hotel again.

Big and beautifully decorated room. All clean and nice. Free water and amazing tea is offered. Really close to underground station. Would highly recommend it.

No restrictions as to time leaving the property and I was able to get to work for 5am. Good public transport links, as well as good access and parking if driving.
