Was at first a bit nervous of the set up. I was so tired from travelling, I truly needed a clean, safe place to crash. This was absolutely perfect. amenities nearby. clean, comfortable. I slept like a rock and ready to roll for my flight the next day. Will absolutely recommend to anyone with long layovers at Heathrow!

The family working the place was really nice. Two close by restaurant Basic amenities. Perfect to let the storm pass and catch our plane. Felt more like an inexpensive Airbnb than hotel.. which I enjoy

Recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at The Swan Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff especially from Paul the manager made us feel very welcome. The room offered breathtaking views of the River Thames. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, from fresh fruits to made-to-order omelets, all beautifully presented. Highly recommend the Swan hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city!
