This hotel is down around the Wapping area, which I always thought was kinda deserted and run down. Well not any more, there is lots of cool things going on, buildings bring renovated, shops, breweries, bakeries, cafes etc springing up. Good buzz. All of the staff we dealt with were local lads, friendly and helpful, the bar is cool, and the vibe is very hip, rock'n'roll, great band pics dotted around the walls (Velvets, Nirvana, the Cure, the Smiths), the fridge with a Marshall Amp door, black sink/toilet - very much to my taste, that's for sure. Lovely breakfast available too

Beautiful hotel with a stylish interior and exterior. The terrace overlooking the canal is wonderful, the lobby is very pleasant, and both the breakfast and cocktails at the bar were excellent. Parking at the hotel was easy and hassle-free.

Very busy and staff very rushed. Need more wait staff at peak times. Good range of food and well set out. Even though the staff were very busy they were still able to smile and provide excellent service
