This is my second time staying at Staycity, and it truly feels like a home away from home. My kids insist on staying here every time we visit Liverpool because they feel so comfortable and welcome. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which makes our stay very convenient, especially when traveling with children. The location is also excellent, close to the city center and everything we need. The staff are always very nice and kind, going out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We really enjoy coming back here, and it has become our first choice whenever we visit Liverpool

Very good location, we could just walk anywhere we wanted. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. And special mention to the staff that was just lovely. We had to change our reservation a bit and they did their best to accommodate our needs.

Room was great,very clean and very comfortable, staff were amazing and super helpful,breakfast was amazing,we had dinner twice and it was lovely and was a great price.We got there early and got an early check in which was great. On our last day we were able to leave our bags with reception and go out and explore the city some more.

The hotel is very well located, almost everything worth visiting is at walking distance, while Ropewalks is a lively neighborhood, full of bars, cafes and pubs. The room was spacious and super clean, with everything you need for a long or short stay. The staff was super smiling and helpful. We were given a room on the first floor which was rather noisy (there's a very noisy bar on the ground floor) but we asked to be moved to a higher floor and they did that for us with a smile. Would definitely go back.
