The location is superb! Just around the corner from Russell Square underground station. Super easy to find in an amazing neighborhood. We were happily and warmly greeted by John who showed us around the property. The room was perfect! Warm and cozy. Little fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare your own meals! There's a laundry room where all you need to have is detergent/pods and you are good to go! Everything was brand new and it looked like the the whole place had recently been remodeled. I believe we could not have asked for more!

The location of the hotel was great. Very close walk to underground stations and bus stops. The room was spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very good communication and clear instructions on how to check in via WhatsApp even though we made a last minute booking. We were able to check in early and leave our bags in storage the following day before flying home. This accommodation was heaven, especially after the horror we had in our originally booked accommodation. Thanks for everything!

Our room was fantastic , and I loved the stylish bathroom. The room was spacious and elegant,
Breakfast service was very good and the fruit options and yogurt were great.
Sunday evening pub service was good and Michaela and the team really spoiled us . I had the lamb carvery which was delicious and the pork came with perfect crackling and vegetables not overcooked Yum.
Monday evening we had a number of Indian dishes for dinner and we were blown away. Top marks chef....the best I have had ever.

Superb attention to detail in the rooms is obvious from the free standing tub to the fixtures. The paint choices are elegant and relaxing. Fresh baked cookies delivered on a tray in the afternoon. And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.
