The location is superb! Just around the corner from Russell Square underground station. Super easy to find in an amazing neighborhood. We were happily and warmly greeted by John who showed us around the property. The room was perfect! Warm and cozy. Little fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare your own meals! There's a laundry room where all you need to have is detergent/pods and you are good to go! Everything was brand new and it looked like the the whole place had recently been remodeled. I believe we could not have asked for more!

This was an excellent space for us for a week in London. It couldn't be more convenient to the Farringdon Station as well as a few others a longer walk away. It was very quiet at night and felt very safe. (Our driver from the airport even commented on how safe the area of "Hatton Hill" was with all the jewelers/diamond dealers on the street) The apartment itself was spacious enough for the 4 of us and we didn't have too much trouble sharing one bathroom. The mirrored wardrobes were so helpful to allow different spaces to do hair and makeup outside the bathroom. The apartment was spotless for us (although I do think providing a little broom/sweeper would be nice to help keep it clean as we tracked in) John was cheerful and welcoming when we arrived and also checked in during our stay. Beds were comfortable and even the couch had a cozy blanket if needed. Bedrooms got a little stuffy in the night if the doors were closed, but if the doors were open it was fine. We were so busy we did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, but it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to visit London again!

Our room was fantastic , and I loved the stylish bathroom. The room was spacious and elegant, Breakfast service was very good and the fruit options and yogurt were great. Sunday evening pub service was good and Michaela and the team really spoiled us . I had the lamb carvery which was delicious and the pork came with perfect crackling and vegetables not overcooked Yum. Monday evening we had a number of Indian dishes for dinner and we were blown away. Top marks chef....the best I have had ever.

I had a very comfortable stay at this apartment in London. The space was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. One particular highlight for me, as someone who travels frequently for work, was the wooden desk in the room. It wasn’t just a standard table; it was slightly expandable, which made a big difference. Many hotels provide small round glass tables, which are often impractical for setting up a laptop and a second screen. When I look for accommodation, I always check the photos to see the size and shape of the desk or table. This apartment's wooden desk, with its expandable feature (which I only found out when I "investigated" the table), was a real bonus that made working much easier. Another positive point was the staff. They were always present and ready to help, which made me feel well looked after; something you don’t always experience when staying in independent apartments. Overall, the stay was not only comfortable but also allowed me to work productively. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

Superb attention to detail in the rooms is obvious from the free standing tub to the fixtures. The paint choices are elegant and relaxing. Fresh baked cookies delivered on a tray in the afternoon. And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.
