Simply the best view that I’ve ever had in my life!
Feeling like being in the sky and seeing everything on the ground!
The breakfast was also tasty thanks to the head chef but you need to remember to make it earlier to the lounge since during the high season and during the rush hour it might overload.
We would make it there by 8-8:30 and could always eat in peace and enjoy.
Special thanks to the manger whose office is near by(just a few rooms away from each side) and he’s always available to help you.
Staying here made our honeymoon memorable.
If I ever come back to batumi I’m gonna definitely make it there.

The communication with the host via WhatsApp was friendly and easy and I felt well taken care of. The view was just amazing. The washing machine and kitchen also allow a longer stay, which is nice. Definitely recommended.

Dea is an excellent host & very cooperative.
She did an excellent welcome for us although it was very late at night but she waited for us to be checked in .
The appartment is very cozy & beautifuly decorated but on a smaller side.
Its an excellent value for money.
All the required items were there in the kitchen.
Location was also faboulus too with grocery store on walking distance & beach front also on wallking distance.
Moreover Dea helped us in parking to & reserved a parking spot for us which is highly appreciated.
Over all its an excellent value for Money & Dea is an exvellent host.

They have a separate reception on the 40th floor, and the breakfast restaurant is also on the 40th floor of block A . The staff is excellent 💯 . Service is top notch and the room is exactly the same as it was shown in the photos . I loved the view from the 40th floor . Must visit ❤. 100% recommended.
