Wonderful hotel. Amazing service staff, very good location in the heart of the city. Everything is close around. They have a very elegant and clean rooms. I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

The condo is very spacious. Large bedrooms with comfy beds, large living room with big table for large family to sit and lots of space for kids to run around. We enjoyed some breakfasts and dinners on the balcony as well. I would come back again to this place as having larger space is more important to me then staying at a newly renovated condo in newer high rise where rooms are small and you have to wait for the elevator. Please mind that this condo is on the 4th floor in an older building so your legs will look well trained after a week of taking the stairs - which is a bonus to me. Location wise - almost perfect as it’s between new and old city so it’s convenient to walk any direction. The only drawback is that there are no large grocery stores nearby but we were ok with the smaller ones. The hosts are great. They gave us a ride from the airport and addressed any issue we had right away.
