Very nice place, good and safe position, room arranged with taste, equipped with everything you might need, including Kit-Kat chocolate bars. Car parked in front of place. We had pleasant stay here.

Room is just as in the photos. Looks new or recently renovated. 2 balconies. One of which is quite large. The room is very quiet. Interesting area; don't let yourself be deceived by the shabby outside (graffiti). Safe parking within a short distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for price. Air conditioning and elevator - our room was on the 5th floor with view onto neighbouring houses. Kettle and coffee are provided, also shampoos, conditioner, toothbrushes ...

Everything was perfect. The location was amazing, the flat is cozy and perfectly equipped. Also vert quite ambiance.The host was attentive and making sure everything was ok. Totally worth it.

Great small hotel located in walking distance to major attractions. Our room was extremely clean which is always our first priority when travelling. Room was well equipped with individual air conditioning unit. TV with BBC News which is unusual. Plenty of drinking water in the fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable and the bed sofa where our son slept was just the same quality as a regular bed which was a plus. The host Aristo as well as young lady at the Front office was extremely helpful and accommodating, making us feel very very welcomed. Free drinks and coffee available at reception at any time. The place is a perfect base for exploring Athens. Our only problem was that we only had one night. We would have liked to stay for another 2 or 3 nights to take advantage of Aristos hospitality, and tips on where to go and what to do.

Super nice and spacious apartment in a very good location in Exarchia near a big park and lots of bars and restaurants. Self check-in was easy and the hosts were always available for any questions. The apartment is super spacious with two big master bedrooms, living room (with another sleeping couch), fully equipped kitchen and nice modern bathroom. Balconies and elevator available. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Athens.
