The hotel is located in the very center of the city, behind the walls of the old city. It is forbidden to enter this part of the city, but hotel guests can enter. Parking nearby, by the castle - we received a special card allowing us to park, we could keep it also for the day of check-out. Very friendly service. We received detailed information on where to eat well and what to visit. Delicious breakfast served in the garden, in a very nice and professional manner. Room decorated nicely, kettle, tea, water in the room. 5 minutes on foot to the lakeside walking promenade.

He even understood that we had made a mistake in the reservation and did not take advantage of it. The appartment is very central, very well located. The appartment has a beautiful beautiful view over the lake. Despites of being in a lively area (above a street lined with bars/restaurants), the rooms are in the back part and are actually extremely quiet. We were not bothered at all by any noise. The appartment is really large, with light and very well furnished. The WIFI was working very well with good speed. The communication with the host, Eirini, was very easy and Eirini was very helpfull.

Everything was exceptional ! The location, the whole hotel was incredible! We enjoyed a lot the time spent there. Even they wanted to upgrade our room, at the same money. The staff was friendly, well prepared and attentive. The parking seat was across the hotel, and it was covered. Definitely coming back!
