The staff are very friendly and helpful. A young lady at the reception desk who did the check-in and check out for us has excellent customer service. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The location is convenient. I like breakfast every morning. They have Asian and Western food. I am a senior in a wheelchair, and the restaurant staff, Eddie and Dick are really very helpful to me.

The room is spacious, quiet, clean, strong wifi signal, strong water pressure, and most of all they provide clean beddings and towels (no stain, smell fresh). They also provide daily complimentary drinks. The bed was very comfortable and truly served its purpose after a tiring day of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff and valet staff was excellent and attentive.

The sea view is awesome, simply awesome. The hotel isn't exactly facing Hong Kong island but I can see the BOC building. The pool isn't on the top floor but it does have a great view. The Red Sugar bar also has a live DJ playing amazing music on an outdoor terrace. The hotel chef also makes amazing omelets.
