We received a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor and the view was amazing (floor 33). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel was luxurious and had a welcoming atmosphere.

Great location close to good restaurants and transportation. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Nice new hotel great views off the city and harbor.
