Perfect location while I would not like to stay in city center. 10 minutes walk to train station if I would like go to city center and I can also drive to other cities and towns while I have a private parking space. Beautiful house just next to the Duna river. It is Spacious, well-decorated, fully-equipped and has a nice garden view.
