Everything was perfect, the facilities, the pool, the dorm room was spacious enough, the shared bathroom and shower rooms, the events at the hostel, the delicious breakfast, the staff, the location!

Honestly after 4 times to bali, this is the best room i ever stay. the room so spacious, temperature cold but just nice and the bed is magical super comfy and huge enough. plus love your shiny marble floor and super concern stafff!.

Breakfast is exceptional. Best hotel one we have ever had What we liked most was professionalism and how helpful all are. Our flight was around midnight and they took care of our luggage. We could stay by the pool and at 8 PM we got a room for free for one hour for shower an changing to warmer wear. Hope we can return. TG

Our experience at The Bandha Hotel & Suites was simply outstanding! We were a group of 70 people, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team showed incredible kindness, professionalism, and dedication. A special thank you to Ani, Sardela, Pageh, Ayu, Silvy, Nirma, Sangayu, Ery, Apri, and Dian, who were always available and attentive, making us feel not just like guests but truly special. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously cleaned, providing a true haven of comfort and relaxation. The breakfast is rich, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients—perfect for starting the day right. We also had the pleasure of dining at Mozzarella Restaurant, where both lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious, offering a great selection of dishes to satisfy every taste. The entire hotel is impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the pool, with every detail carefully looked after to ensure a top-tier experience. Our entire stay at the hotel was perfect, from arrival to the last day. The hotel is perfectly positioned right next to the beach, with a large garden full of palm trees and tropical plants and a large infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and direct access to the beach and ocean with the possibility of surfing (or at least watching others surf). The entire complex is carefully maintained and is in line with Bali culture while on the other hand providing all the amenities of modern times. The service at the hotel is excellent, personalized. From the first day, the staff remembers the names of the guests and approaches them with a smile and tries to fulfill all their needs. We are especially grateful to Nika and Utama who made our stay especially pleasant from breakfast to spending time by the pool. The hotel is located in the center of Seminyak and is within walking distance of the best restaurants and exciting shopping (very convenient). The hotel also provides a transfer service to and from the airport as well as organizing excursions (through an agency) or tailor-made excursions according to the wishes of the guests with a private driver. Here I must highlight and praise the customer service person who took care of us from the first day and took over the organization and coordination of all our wishes. Wonderful Uma is a person from whom many other hotels should learn how to treat guests! Uma was available even when she had a day off and was our guardian angel! many thanks for all the days and dedication she showed. The hotel offers a spa and gym (although the gym is a bit too air-conditioned and cold), a couple of restaurants, one of which has a wonderful view of the beach and an unforgettable sunset. also a perfectly positioned hall for smaller weddings or private parties located above the ocean creates dream scenes. Seminyak beach resort and spa is a hotel that I would choose again for my accommodation.
