The room was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between cozy and luxurious. The breakfast and dinner buffets had everything that I could possibly ask for, and more. And more importantly, when I told them that I made a mistake and booked 2 extra nights by accident, they gave me a full refund despite not having to do that according to the cancellation policy. I would not stay anywhere else on my next trip to Bali.

Went with wife and daughter, had a splendid stay. Staffs were super friendly and services were excellent. Room was spacious and comforting. The beds were amazing. Location was top notch with the beach opposite. The beach area was clean and fortunately the weather was great. Ikan restaurant menu was great and staffs very accommodating.my daughter enjoyed the kids club and a special thanks to Devi, Amy ,Tina, Yuli and Ayu for making her every visit to kids club a memorable one filled with activities. Thank you and maintain the great service. Will return again for sure

Everything just was great. We booked two LEVEL family rooms and enjoyed the exclusive benefits of the LEVEL. I have to mention Yudi who was at the reception of the LEVEL and did the check in and check out to us. He is so kind person, smiling all the time, efficient and very helpful. He made it a very nice stay for us and deserves a very big thank you. Also, Karin at Sorento restaurant was also great.
