staff were amazing during our stay! cannot fault them, they really made our trip - they are super friendly, accomodating and genuinely care about your stay. no request was too hard for them and they even went the extra mile to find availability for my partner and I to check out late as our flight was at 11pm. the Villa was excellent as well as all amenities that came with our booking. room service is also delicious. the location is great; 10-20 min drive to all the major shopping centres and beaches and even though we were in the centre of Seminyak, the Villa felt safe and secure. we will definitely book Avani villas again! a big thank you to the staff for looking after us!

Extremely helpful and polite stuff! Very nice and huge sofa to relax and watch TV. I don’t know if it was sound proofing or low season, but we never heard any noise from the neighbors inside the villa.

Location is perfect! The coffee shop next door is excellent. A laundry and Circle K within meters of the villa too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, spas and not too far from Seminyak Village. Big kitchen with everything you could ever want or need. A water cooler for drinking water. Bedrooms are huge with own bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and plenty of outdoor loungers. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful.

Located just a 5-minute stroll from the lively Oberoi Street and Seminyak Beach, Serene Villas provides free WiFi access from all areas of the villa.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for a whole week. It was a great place to start our Bali vacation in very nice surroundings and to overcome jet lag with our 2 kids. Our villa manager, Surya, was truly wonderful. Very kind and good with the kids. He was also very relaxed regarding the timing of our breakfast, like the first day with jet lag we had ordered it for 8 but ended up sleeping until 9:30, but that was no issue at all and he was very understanding. We really enjoyed getting breakfast in our villa every day and everything we tried from the menu was delicious! I will dream about waking to breakfast being served right outside for a long time. We also booked a trip to Tanah Lot Temple via Serene Villas and the trip was very enjoyable thanks to the kind driver. Can only recommend staying here!

Very good location, close to the beach (10 min walking distance), close to restaurants, bars and clubs. Breakfast is on choice options, not buffet, but it was great, very tasty and more than sufficient for us. Rooms are clean and very comfortable and the stuff is very helpful, nice and kind. Our experience was very good, we highly recommend this place, more likely if we visit Bali again, we will come back!

Great location Close to all the action but far from any noise Large pool for a 2 bed villa. Overall really wonderful place, and just as importantly, well serviced.

Had a great stay at Tropicasa! Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Outdoor area was beautiful! The staff was lovely and made us delicious breakfast. The second day they couldn’t prepare breakfast due to Nyepi (Day of Silence) but they bought us groceries so we still had breakfast in the fridge. Theo was very helpful in everything we asked. Great service!
