Unbelievably good hospitality. Extreme attention to detail when servicing the rooms. No request goes unnoticed and every need is met. The staff exemplary, food exceptional and cocktails generous. One cannot ask for more. I was wanting for nothing and except a few occasions, never had to leave the premises. Photo shoots, massages, et al were in house. Just fantastic....

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi with friendly assistance for our baggage to the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Reception: Warm Welcomes and Stellar Service The heartwarming hospitality began with the reception team, where Made, Ega, and Lia extended warm welcomes and ensured a seamless check-in process. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, they remained attentive to my needs, offering valuable insights with prompt responses to the whatsapp support hotline. Accommodations: A Haven of Comfort and Style Entering my room, I was struck by the perfect blend of comfort and style. The housekeeping team, consisting of Arta, Sukra, and Dani, deserves commendation for their meticulous attention to detail. The room was consistently immaculate, and their efforts to maintain cleanliness did not go unnoticed. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. I appreciate the fixing of the balcony lock and light. Security: A Sense of Safety and Assurance Security is paramount during travel, and I felt completely at ease thanks to the dedicated efforts of Satria and Firman. Their presence around the premises was reassuring, and their professionalism was evident in their commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Most importantly their assistance in holding on to our late night grab food delivery incase the application isn't in sync with the rider's movement. Breakfast was amazing, the options to choose on a daily basis + being sent up to your room due to the late night working hours we have. Lastly, I want to personally thank Lia for helping us with the checking in and checking out process + the breakfast box, we love it and it was easy for us to eat at the airport.

Everything was top notch! Every single request was met with a smile and was delivered quickly! The staff was exceptional! We stayed 10 days for our honeymoon, our waterfall villa was absolutely stunning and I completely recommend it! The breakfast was so good, during our stay we tried most of the available options, and all of them were amazing!

It was a great experience.. in all aspects.. cleanliness, breakfast.. service and the staff are very, very cheerful They have an app which you can communicate with them easily. I just would like to clarify some points to be clear for those who want to book: There is no restaurant, only room service.. room service ends at 6 pm.. they are villas in Seminyak.. if you request two rooms, the second room is on the top.. the resort is very clean, and they care about its cleanliness . A small centipede may appear, and it is not harmful at all, and this is the only insect I saw Their services are amazing.

Wonderful place with excellent service. We received a good experience living on comfortable villa. It was the feeling we’re alone in this place, relaxed and comfortable.
