I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond for every guest and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The food was fantastic and the scenery from the restaurant/pool area was stunning to say the least. When I come back to Bali this will be our first stop without a doubt.

Very nice place and lovely people ! The room was very comfy and nice. The room service was daily (if you were ok with it). The breakfast included was good and served on the balcony. They accommodated us with an early breakfast (7am instead of the usual 7:30am) and helped us with booking an excursion. ** only detail : the front / « façade » facing the street is a spa ! so don’t be surprised ! once inside it’s very calm / nice and exactly like the pictures !

Great place to stay away from the buzz of the center of ubud but close enough to go with the bike. Tulus was very helpful and you can rent a bike on the spot which was very convenient. I got a mild flu and it was a good place to stay and recover.

To me, absolutely nothing compares to this place. The surroundings are magical. The design is the most aesthetic I have ever seen in any luxury hotel. we came here for a final stay of our honeymoon, recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. Not only did they decorate the room for us arriving but the staff made the entire stay so lovely. absolutely nothing was a bother to them. the views of the room are absolutely unreal and just enjoying the jungle was amazing! we got a massage also and can’t recommend enough, we were so relaxed afterwards! we had a card from the staff for our honeymoon plus a leaving gift - we honestly felt spoilt from start to end. wish we had stayed longer! it’s only around 15 mins from Ubud centre so really not far, we used a grab both days and it was easy!
