Amazing room, very comfortable and cozy; in a hotel surrounded by nature. The hotel is very clean and the service is spectacular. All the staff was very polite and helpful. To highlight the attention received by Wira who was our driver during 2 one-day tours. He was very attentive, giving great explanations of the places we visited and always assisting on whatever we needed to fully enjoy the experience.

The structure is furnished with taste and once arrived at our suite we were surprised at the breathtaking panorama. We had dinner and breakfast à la carte and, as Italian, I can say the food was superb. We also loved the cobbled street to get at the hotel, surrounded by rice fields and fireflies at night.

This hotel had one of the best service I've received. The front desk managers were really nice, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast with great! My mom and I did a floating breakfast with extra fee and it was such an amazing experience! I also requested for my breakfast to be packed for one of the mornings because I was leaving at 4am for a tour and the kitchen staff prepared a packed breakfast for me. I would definitely go back.

What went well? Everything! Customer service was just exceptional, room was spacious, breakfast was the best I've had at a resort, spa on site had a lovely interior and experienced therapists. The best bit about the resort was the landscaping. It brought peace and comfort. You could tell there was a lot of thought and they got it spot on. I was really pleased and wish I had just stayed there. I went on to stay in Nusa Dua and Dubai after and it just wasn't the same as Puri Sebali.

The property is located in a beautiful forest with palm trees and other pants all around. We view from the breakfast location and the community Pool is more than stunning! The staffel was super friendly and the room was super nice. There is a spa, you can do Yoga and much more. We also liked that they have a shuttle Service to the Center which was very convenient.

It’s a bit outside of the center so you are away from all the confusion, but still close so you can easily get there by scooter or grab. The staff is super helpful and I highly recommend to book tours/rides through them, as they know the place and get you better deals! If you have light sleep, bring earplugs (you are sleeping in the middle of the jungle).
