The property and staff were absolutely outstanding. For an extra fee they decorated my friend’s room with flowers, balloons, lights and a cake. We had massages and a facial and it was extremely relaxing, clean and the staff gave me one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. The grounds were stunning, kept up and the perfect place to relax.

It was our first time to Ubud and Jannata resort was amazing. Location: It is situated 10-15 minutes (traffic dependent) from Ubud center where the markets, palace, temples etc are located. Furthermore, there is a shuttle 3 times a day to the city center. Staff: The service received was impeccable and I could not fault anything. The staff are friendly and helpful and always accommodating. The staff also allowed us to check in early which was a great plus Food/Restaurant: We had the floating breakfast and the presentation and food was great. We also had dinner (3 course) at the resort and it was amazing. Room: The room was large overlooking trees and greenery (That's what Ubud is about). It was clean and the bathroom was also very clean. Amenities: Yoga in the morning on 2 days is complementary and there is a great Spa (15 min complementary massage was included). There is also a Shisha that can be hired at a fee. Overall, I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at Jannata!

Nice new hotel between the rice fields of Ubud. About 15-20 minutes walk away from the main street of Ubud. We were picked up on scooters. The walk to town goes through picturesque rice fields. The location is very quiet, there is forest view from the pool and you can hear the frogs. The private infinity pool is nice and deep. There is a big kitchen with filtered water, good French press coffee and tea. There was a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom with ylang ylang scented shampoo. The staff arranged a very good massage at the house for 200.000 IDR/hour. They also arranged floating breakfast and washed our clothes for a fee. It’s possible to order take away from a warung. The staff was super attentive and always available on WhatsApp.

It was an exceptionally wonderful experience. The house with its own pool was beautiful. In the middle of the jungle. We had an excursion of several hours with a driver from the hotel (name "Apple"). He did a marvellous job (temples, rice fields and coffee cultivation). We also had a two-hour cookery course which was unique. All in all, a perfect stay.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. We were both greeted by staff members who helped with our luggage, a complimentary drink and cool hand towel were provided while checking in. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfy bed. The rooms were cleaned daily, with bed making and clean towels provided. The breakfast was included in the price when booking, fantastic buffet breakfast with egg making station. Huge choice of foods, including a large range of pastries. Lovely chilled pool area with sun beds where staff will serve you food and drinks to this area. The spa facilities are lovely, we had a facial and shoulder/neck massage, slightly more pricy compared to the centre of ubud but your definitely paying for the experience. We informed the hotel we were attending for a special birthday trip (30th birthday) they arranged for a cake to be delivered to the room on arrival. A very personal touch to our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to ubud.
