Amazing place, would highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa offers very nice treatments and they are good and a lot of options. The food for lunch and dinner is yummy, mix of western and Indonesian food. The rooms are spacious with right amenities and bathroom is nice. Bedsheets and cushions soft and even the babybed was great.

The staff are very helpful, my mum have difficulty on walking from town back and we contacted them and with a very quick response they came and pick us up. They are extremely friendly ! The property was very comfortable. The kids had there own room with a bathroom and we had our own space. There was a private pool that my guys loved. The grounds were kept very nice. Yana was so helpful with setting up tours, booking massages, restaurant suggestions etc. He even brought us traditional Indonesian breakfast one morning. It was great! We booked a couple tour with him and on our last day we booked a tour. He brought us to the places we wanted to visit, held our luggage for the day then dropped us off at the airport. It was great and super convenient!
