I was blown away by the service this hotel provided. There isn’t a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I unfortunately got sick during my stay and the hotel sent a doctor to my room. The manager (Wiwin) came to check up on me multiple times during my stay as well as other staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Pinokkio was heavenly. Noma is the kindest hostess and her staff are just incredible. The place is stunning - very organic and beautiful. Her cooking is wonderful and it is close to the cultural park with the large Garuda Vishnu statue, which you can see from the property. I loved being there - peaceful and friendly. I highly recommend it.
