The staff was really friendly! They gave us good advice with transport to the airport. They even helped with us with our extra request for the receipt. The location is very good, close to the beach and Jaffa as well. The view is excellent from the terrace!

Pet friendly hotel with beautiful rooms and great service. I enjoyed the rooftop and pool - a great place to relax. The spa is superb - it's expensive, but worth it. Location is incredible with Park Hamesila across the street, and all of Neve Tzedek, Nahlat Binyamin and the Carmel shuk close by.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was very beautiful and nice, everything was very comfortable, very clean!! it was especially nice to walk around the area, near the hotel there is wonderful cafe anita (the best ice cream ever), lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, the beach is literally 10 minutes on foot. The space in the hotel itself is also very very beautiful, you can sit and work there, everything is incredibly beautiful and comfortable

The behavior of the owner of the hotel ecceeded our expectations. Our reservation was cancelled due to a mistaken double booking by Booking. The owner of the hotel called us personally and apologized. We set a different date for which he made us a discount and added a free breakfast. Thank you very much! Our stay was perfect! Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. Restaurant manager Daniel really looked after us and catered for our vegan diet. Abigail at the pool was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Carmel market and nearby restaurants.
