Very cozy place with friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Taj Mahal and restaurants. Common spaces are beautifully decorated and pleasure to spend time in. Garden is gorgeous and once you enter from the street it feels like a different planet. Decent breakfast was served, and delicious home cooked traditional dinner.

What a cosy and well appointed place to stay. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful, it’s well positioned too, not far from any of the city attractions. The rooms were so clean and more impressively quiet, which was a welcome reprieve from the noise of the city.

Great clean spot in Agra. Max was super helpful with all our needs, gave us a larger room, and even booked our train tickets back to Delhi. The spot is not in the central tourist area so it’s less overwhelming and quieter. Highly recommend!

Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-designed. My friend and I were so tired, and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. We were only supposed to stay one night, but we decided to extend our stay in Agra by one more night just because the Trident felt so relaxing.
