I really liked this place and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I hadn't planned any dinner the night I came, but they fixed me a nice Indian dinner and there was no problem to get all the food vegan. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water heated up quickly in the shower and the AC cooled off the room in just a few minutes. I even had a very relaxing balcony where I could sit and have a beer I could buy at the homestay. I forgot something in my room when I left, and the staff kept it safe for me so I could come back the next day and pick it up. I can't recommend this homestay enough.

I was supposed to arrive at 7am on a night bus from Haridwar, but the bus dropped me off at a completely different place than planned and at 4.30am! I didn't know what to do, it was far too early, so I tried, without really believing it, to call Mukul, the Tuk tuk driver with whom Shiron, the host, had already put me in touch the day I'd booked the room. Mukul answered and reassured me. He jumped out of bed and 30 minutes later he was there :-) I had planned to go the next morning to see the sunrise at the Taj Mahal, but Mukul offered to take me there. He looked after my luggage while he waited for me, then after the visit he drove me to a nice place on the street for breakfast and chai before dropping me off at the Homestay. Although check-in is at 2pm, they were very nice at the homestay and gave me my room at 10am. I was finally able to relax in peace and quiet, in a spacious room with a balcony. The whole family is lovely and Mukul is very accommodating and helpful! I was looked after from the moment I booked the room until I left.

The location was very convenient and easy to find. A caretaker met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. He came the next morning and prepared a perfect breakfast for us. The terrace is amazing. I wish we had some more days and warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. It was too foggy to get a view of the Taj. Parul, the home owner was very easy to communicate with. She came personally to settle our account on the last day. It'd great to be able to book without any deposit and pay after the stay is completed. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Agra.
