Good pollution free location. Excellent very helpful staff. Willing to help and guide you at each and every step. Many thanks to Mr. Shivesh, who helped us and given us our desired room, which I asked him. But it was our bad luck in changing room. Our previous room 224 was better than 321 in every aspect. I don't blame anyone, IT WAS OUR MISTAKE. IN COMEDOR, Mr. Gautam was very helpful in choosing the BREAKFAST and was very helpful and active. Thanks to all the staff, who made our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice, the spa gym and pool area was nice. The cookies and lemon water upon arrival was refreshing and lobby was very elegant and luxurious. The concierge people were very kind to us, the lobby lounge and bar was closed during to our visit so was the club lounge. The food was very good and the room service food was also tasty the hotel allowed outside food to be eaten in hotel premises. The rooms were spacious and elegant offering a city view. The hotel had sprawling lawns and was gated. The hotel had a banquet hall and 3 meeting rooms and really clean toilets with a spacious lobby. The hotel had a shopping arcade, library, business centre, a contemporary wine bar, a sophisticated specialty restaurant known in the city for its mouthwatering kebabs, and then East West the all day dining restaurant which featured a buffet during dinner and breakfast. During dinner there was also the option of dining a la carte, room service was available 24/7. There was also valet and enough car parking. The theme of the hotel was classy yet contemporary and elegant, with beautiful paintings hanging on corridors and decor representing of Varanasi. The stay was very cultural with local food options available in the breakfast buffet such as puri. There was also several hot dishes an egg station, a dosa station, multiple shakes and juices, fresh fruit a patisserie section. Everything was good quality they even offered masala tea! The AC in the room worked really well, and the room was fitted with high quality furnishings. We were even offered interconnecting rooms. The sauna and steam room along with gym offered a really nice tough, with the pool being temperature controlled, even though the property was showing a bit of age, it’s a must visit and value for money. It’s location is a bit far from the attractions but the experience makes it worth it.

We had an amazing stay at Poshtel. Everything was very clean and the food was nice. The personnel was very nice and helpful as well, which made our time in Varanasi very good! The location is 20 minutes from the Ghats, perfect to recharge after an intense day. I definitely recommend this place.
